Staff Insights Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of insight projects from beginning to end, including defining the right questions and delivering clear, actionable recommendations.

• Utilize both quantitative and qualitative data to uncover the root causes of commercial challenges and opportunities.

• Collaborate with teams in product, sales, marketing, and finance to drive analyses that significantly impact the business.

• Work alongside Finance to model the effects of strategic options and quantify potential trade-offs.

• Extract and process datasets from Snowflake using SQL.

• Employ statistical techniques to draw sound conclusions and use LLMs to analyze unstructured data.

• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including the executive team, in a clear and persuasive manner.

• Serve as a trusted thought partner to business leaders, assisting them in defining problems and rigorously testing assumptions.

• Possess a commercial mindset, with the ability to conceptualize in terms of revenue and margins, swiftly identifying the financial implications.

• Have a comprehensive understanding of a SaaS business across product, sales, marketing, and finance domains.

• Capable of crafting data-driven narratives that are straightforward for executives to act upon.

• Proficient in SQL and statistics, with hands-on experience using LLMs in practical analytical workflows.

• Extensive experience in an analytics, strategy, or insights position within a high-growth technology company.
