Business Analyst – Servicing Treasury

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Assist in the Servicing Treasury processes by engaging in testing, documentation, procedure development, scripting, and automation projects.

• Conduct quality control (QC) reviews on team outputs to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and controls.

• Oversee Servicing Treasury workflows to ensure alignment with internal controls, company policies, and guidelines from investors/insurers, including identifying, escalating, and resolving issues.

• Recognize process risks, inefficiencies, and control deficiencies; collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement sustainable solutions.

• Act as a project coordinator/manager for Servicing Treasury initiatives, which includes planning, tracking milestones, managing deliverables, and ensuring timely execution.

• Collaborate with Change Management and IT to assist with system enhancements, process improvements, and implementation efforts.

• Facilitate audit readiness and automation through documentation, data analysis, and QC validation.

• Establish and nurture strong cross-functional relationships; be the main point of contact for Servicing Treasury inquiries and issue resolution.

• Promote continuous improvement by streamlining processes, enhancing reporting accuracy, and boosting overall operational efficiency, quality, and consistency.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining regular and punctual attendance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of servicing treasury functions; experience with LoanServ is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a focus on process improvement.

• Minimum requirement of a high school diploma; an associate’s degree is preferred, although relevant experience may be accepted in lieu.

• 3-4 years of experience is mandatory.
