ERP Business Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and enhancement of enterprise systems.

• Act as a crucial liaison between business units and IT departments.

• Convert complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Analyze current workflows ('As-Is') and design future processes ('To-Be').

• Facilitate sessions to outline business functional requirements and establish project scope.

• Assist in the complete ERP lifecycle, including functional system configuration, data migration, and system integration.

• Recognize gaps between business requirements and system functionalities.

• Create ERP-related business process flows and develop test scripts.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing training for end-users and producing documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related technical fields.

• Over 10 years of combined experience in the specified functional areas in either business or IT roles.

• Expertise in business analysis, requirements management, and ERP solution design (preferably Microsoft Dynamics; SAP or other ERP systems are acceptable).

• Prior experience in implementing ERP systems within a capital equipment manufacturing setting.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations.

• Strong knowledge of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Lean methodologies.

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification for continuous process improvement.
