Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document business, functional, user, and non-functional requirements.

• Work in partnership with business users, developers, and project teams to provide effective software solutions.

• Develop user stories, tasks, and bugs, and manage work items within Azure DevOps.

• Conduct system testing, validate functionalities, and assist with production issues.

• Engage in Scrum ceremonies, requirements workshops, and Agile development processes.

• Support user training, documentation efforts, and the creation of user guides.

• Facilitate accessibility testing and ensure adherence to WCAG 2.1 standards.

• Offer continuous customer support and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in Requirements Gathering.

• At least 2 years of experience supporting software in a Production Environment.

• Over 2 years of experience in addressing customer-reported issues.

• A minimum of 2 years in developing Business Requirements Documentation.

• At least 2 years of experience conducting System Testing and validating application functionalities.

• Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with creating user stories, tasks, and bugs using Azure DevOps or similar tools.

• Understanding of Business, Functional, User, and Non-Functional Requirements.
