Provider Enrollment Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of purpose-driven technologies and solutions within Gainwell's processes.

• Engage with clients to effectively translate their business requirements into straightforward, non-technical terms.

• Oversee call center queues and reports.

• Conduct thorough independent research and analyze data while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Assist in the analysis and documentation of system requirements and business workflows.

• Create basic conceptual models for data and processes.

• Validate client requirements by executing and assessing fundamental test case scenarios.

• Adhere to established written policies, operational instructions, and guidelines.

• Participate in technical reviews and inspections alongside senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.

• Foundational analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate business needs and address bugs and defects.

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare, enrollment, credentialing, or similar sectors.

• Basic proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, with a capability to collaborate effectively in a professional team setting.
