This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Take ownership of the entire recruiting cycle for specialized hardware engineering positions, including Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Embedded Systems, Avionics, PCB Design, Power Distribution, RF, Systems Integration, and related fields.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and hiring managers to establish hiring strategies, interview processes, and prioritization plans that align with business goals.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract hard-to-find technical talent in aerospace, defense, automotive, robotics, energy, and similar sectors.
• Serve as a strategic consultant to leadership regarding market trends, talent availability, competitive compensation, and hiring risks.
• Ensure strong operational discipline in pipeline management, funnel health, data accuracy, and communication with stakeholders.
• Influence workforce planning and ensure that hiring activities are in line with approved business priorities.
• Enhance recruiting scalability through process improvements, documentation, interview calibration, and optimization of tools.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience while upholding urgency and high-quality hiring standards.
• Mentor junior recruiters and sourcers, while promoting best practices in recruiting throughout the organization.
• A minimum of 7 years of comprehensive technical recruiting experience, with significant responsibility for complex hardware engineering searches.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting Electrical Engineers, Power Electronics Engineers, Embedded Hardware Engineers, Avionics Engineers, or comparable technical roles.
• Strong grasp of technical hardware concepts and the structure of engineering organizations.
• Experience collaborating with senior engineering leaders in fast-paced or high-growth settings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously while achieving strong hiring results.
• Excellent sourcing and market mapping skills within highly competitive technical fields.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and operational execution abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics to inform decisions and enhance pipeline visibility.
• Capability to operate strategically while maintaining a strong focus on execution.
