📋 Description

• Collaborate directly within a business domain to improve efficiency and productivity through the use of AI agents and automation tools.

• Analyze workflows in your area and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.

• Create future-state workflows and delineate the roles of agents and humans.

• Develop and integrate systems utilizing approved AI platforms and frameworks.

• Operate agents and automation pipelines in a production environment, monitoring KPIs and enhancing performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical technical proficiency: command-line interfaces, APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Python scripting.

• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and agent behavior — including prompting, context, tool usage, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-context prompting (MCP), evaluations, and failure modes.

• High level of comfort with a cloud platform.

• Strong technical acumen and process judgment.
