This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop the Enterprise Developer Advocacy program from its initial pilot to a sustainable practice, encompassing session formats, account selection criteria, feedback mechanisms, and metrics for success.
• Provide education-focused technical sessions within targeted enterprise accounts, covering topics such as agents, AgentControl, safe rollouts, experimentation, and runtime management.
• Customize sessions to align with the specific technology stack and use cases of each account.
• Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs), Solutions Engineers (SEs), and Customer Success (CS) teams to pinpoint accounts and cultivate internal advocates.
• Transition qualified expansion opportunities to the relevant field teams.
• Maintain the non-promotional, education-centric focus of all sessions.
• Evaluate the pilot initiative, generate session summaries, conduct debriefs with representatives, and provide recommendations on scaling, modifying, or halting efforts based on data insights.
• Establish a framework for scaling the initiative and create a comprehensive playbook for future advocates.
• Experience in at least two areas among developer advocacy, solutions engineering, developer education, and technical marketing.
• Proficient in delivering technical sessions to approximately fifty engineers and adept at addressing challenging inquiries from skeptical principal architects.
• Possess hands-on technical credibility; capable of building, demonstrating, and teaching complex concepts.
• Strong operational skills to manage a repeatable program, prioritize demands, and fulfill commitments to the field.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel around 25% of the time.
• Familiarity with feature management, experimentation, observability, or agent orchestration tools (preferred).
• Experience in creating a customer-facing technical program from inception, such as workshops, DevDays, or office hours (preferred).
• Extensive background in enterprise software and insight into how large engineering organizations make platform decisions (preferred).
