This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Lead the strategy and roadmap for AI agents, focusing on detection, troubleshooting, and remediation.
• Establish 12–18-month objectives, milestones, and success metrics that align with customer and business requirements.
• Identify high-value challenges through customer interviews, product analytics, field feedback, market research, and competitive assessments.
• Create prototypes using Codex, Claude, and comparable AI development platforms.
• Determine specifications and evaluation criteria for agent accuracy, reliability, explainability, safety, and user trust.
• Prioritize new features, platform investments, customer demands, technical debt, and quality enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams from discovery to delivery.
• Assess product adoption and refine the offering accordingly.
• Represent the product in discussions with customers, advisory councils, internal teams, and company leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, PhD with 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience managing technically intricate products in enterprise software, cloud computing, data platforms, infrastructure, observability, or artificial intelligence.
• Demonstrated experience in defining product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, milestones, and measurable success criteria for software products.
• Background in conducting customer research and utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize product opportunities.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams throughout product discovery, development, launch, adoption, and enhancement.
• Preferred: experience in building or managing AI-driven, generative AI, or agentic products.
• Preferred: working knowledge of observability, Kubernetes, microservices, distributed systems, and DevOps or site reliability engineering practices.
• Preferred: familiarity with metrics, logs, traces, alerts, incident response, root-cause analysis, and production operations.
• Preferred: experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Codex or Claude.
• Preferred: capability to assess technical trade-offs and align cross-functional teams around measurable outcomes.
