This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Serve as the Oracle EBS Techno-Functional SCM Consultant and subject matter expert.
• Offer functional and technical assistance for iSupplier Portal, iProcurement, Sourcing, Purchasing, Inventory, and Order Management.
• Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, warehouse, and business teams.
• Evaluate business requirements and perform fit-gap assessments.
• Convert procurement and supply chain needs into scalable Oracle EBS solutions.
• Enhance and streamline end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Design, develop, test, and implement RICEW components.
• Customize and extend iProcurement and iSupplier Portal interfaces utilizing OAF.
• Create and develop database solutions with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Construct and manage procurement approval processes using AME and Oracle Workflow Builder.
• Generate and sustain operational reports, RFQ templates, and Purchase Order documents through BI/XML Publisher.
• Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations with third-party applications.
• Conduct SQL, PL/SQL, interface, and database performance tuning.
• Diagnose functional and technical issues and execute corrective solutions.
• Assist in requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Prepare and keep AIM/OUM functional and technical documentation up to date.
• Aid in system testing, CRPs, UAT, deployment, and post-production validation.
• Oversee technical activities utilizing FNDLOAD, SQL*Loader, and Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• Work alongside internal teams, project managers, business stakeholders, and external suppliers.
• Spot opportunities for automation, process enhancements, and system optimization.
• Uphold development standards, documentation, coding practices, and Oracle EBS best practices.
• Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Take ownership of technical deliverables and proactively address project and production issues.
• Over 6 years of comprehensive experience.
• Extensive expertise in Oracle EBS SCM with robust techno-functional skills.
• Significant hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 / R12.2.x.
• Strong functional knowledge in Oracle Procurement and SCM modules, including iSupplier Portal, iProcurement, Sourcing, Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), and Order Management (OM).
• In-depth understanding of the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.
• Solid grasp of RFX/negotiation processes, requisition-to-PO conversion, supplier management, purchasing operations, inventory processes, and supply chain workflows.
• Proven track record in supporting and enhancing Oracle EBS SCM applications, providing production support, resolving incidents, and improving business processes.
• Strong experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying RICEW components.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle database objects, and database performance tuning.
• Extensive experience with OAF, including personalizations and extensions for iProcurement and iSupplier Portal.
• Practical experience with Oracle Workflow Builder and AME.
• Significant experience with BI/XML Publisher.
• Familiarity with FNDLOAD, SQL*Loader, and Unix/Linux Shell Scripting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in preparing documentation using AIM/OUM methodologies, including BR100, MD050, MD070, and TE040.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Functional candidates may also be considered, subject to an assessment of technical skills.
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Contracts or Procurement Contracts.
• Knowledge of PunchOut catalogs and supplier network integrations.
• Experience with cXML/EDI integrations and external supplier networks.
• Exposure to Oracle EBS R12.2.x upgrades, patching, and online patching concepts.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, or Git/Bitbucket.
• Availability to work from 5 PM to 2:00 AM IST.
