This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Serve as an Oracle ERP Technical Consultant, collaborating with application development, functional, and support teams.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance technical solutions for Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications.
• Create and manage Oracle database objects such as tables, views, packages, procedures, and functions.
• Develop and support RICEW components, PL/SQL solutions, reports, interfaces, customizations, and workflows.
• Design and implement custom applications, reports, database integrations, and enhancements for Oracle ERP.
• Troubleshoot application and database issues, track data flow and application logic, identify root causes, and apply corrective solutions.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization for Oracle databases, including SQL/PLSQL performance analysis.
• Develop and support reports utilizing BI Publisher, XML Reports, OTBI, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Center/FRS.
• Collaborate with customers and business stakeholders to comprehend requirements, provide technical recommendations, and deliver solutions.
• Support Oracle Finance and SCM applications across various modules including PO, AP, AR, FA, GL, and INV.
• Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations between Oracle ERP/Cloud applications and external systems.
• Conduct technical testing, debugging, deployment, and post-deployment validation across multiple environments.
• Prepare technical design documents, specifications, test documentation, and implementation deliverables in line with OUM and organizational standards.
• Engage in production support, incident resolution, bug fixing, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish coding standards, development procedures, deployment practices, and technical best practices.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, project managers, business users, and client stakeholders across teams and geographies.
• Take ownership of technical deliverables and proactively address project challenges and risks, escalating issues when necessary.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members.
• Stay adaptable to emerging Oracle Cloud technologies, tools, integration frameworks, and development practices.
• Minimum of 6+ years of total experience.
• Extensive experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in a technical development and consulting capacity.
• Strong hands-on experience in RICEW, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, reports, interfaces, customizations, and workflows.
• Proven experience in developing, maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting Oracle ERP applications, with an emphasis on production support and continuous improvements.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Database architecture, database objects, performance optimization, SQL/PLSQL tuning, packages, procedures, functions, and ref cursors.
• Experience in designing custom database solutions and integrating Oracle databases with other databases/systems.
• Familiarity with BI Publisher, XML Reports, OTBI, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Center/FRS.
• Understanding of data flow and underlying tables within Oracle Finance and SCM modules including PO, AP, AR, FA, GL, and INV.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion technical solutions, integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and application customizations.
• Practical experience with code deployments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
• Experience in designing, developing, testing, and documenting technical solutions using Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or similar methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Git or other version-control tools is preferred.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
