This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Serve as a technical authority for engineering teams, aiding in architectural choices and the advancement of solutions.

• Assist in building a scalable, resilient, and automation-focused platform within an AWS environment.

• Establish and enhance technical standards concerning architecture, integration, observability, security, and operations.

• Collaborate closely with teams on technical conversations, troubleshooting, incident management, and the stabilization of production environments.

• Facilitate discussions related to microservices, messaging, Kubernetes, delivery pipelines, and infrastructure as code.

• Assist in technical reviews, design evaluations, and the ongoing enhancement of engineering methodologies.

• Advocate for component reuse, standardization, and the elevation of technical maturity across teams.

• Shape the progress of DevOps, SRE, and platform reliability practices.

• Ensure that solutions are designed with performance, availability, traceability, observability, and security in mind from the beginning.

• Practical experience with cloud-native environments, particularly AWS.

• Proficiency in Golang applied to distributed systems and mission-critical scenarios.

• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture on AWS.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and infrastructure as code.

• Experience with Terraform, ArgoCD, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of microservices, messaging, and system integration.

• Expertise in observability, troubleshooting, and maintaining production stability.

• Commitment to engineering best practices, automation, and reliability.

• Capability to support various engineering teams.

• Ability to influence standards and drive technical evolution.
