Staff Engagement Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Supervise the support, coaching, and training offered to new recruits in fundraising.

• Manage the processes and systems utilized to orient, prepare, track, and assist new workers.

• Coordinate the preparation and support for appointees to ensure they are equipped to succeed both personally and missionally.

• Actively participate as a member of the International Personnel Team.

• Serve as the primary liaison for appointees and new workers hailing from countries without established Sending Entities.

• Offer support to Sending Entity Human Resources departments regarding matters pertaining to International Personnel.

• Collaborate closely with Sending Entities and GEM nations to facilitate the placement of cross-cultural workers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a recognized higher education institution.

• Desired knowledge and experience in fundraising within Europe.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
