Staff Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• You will enhance our design system comprehensively (including components, tokens, patterns, and documentation).

• You will connect design with implementation by writing and reviewing production-ready HTML, CSS, and React.

• You will establish quality standards for interaction, accessibility, and visual consistency throughout the product.

• You will conduct systematic audits and develop tools that identify discrepancies between design intent and the live product.

• You will provide mentorship to designers through structured and specific feedback.

• You will clarify the connections between craft decisions and business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of product design experience, particularly in growth or experimentation-focused roles.

• A proven history of successfully launching experiments.

• Extensive hands-on experience with design systems at scale.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies.

• Strong ability in systems thinking.

• A collaborative mindset with a cross-functional approach.
