• Reduce cycle count variance issues by conducting comprehensive analysis to identify and address any discrepancies, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Ensure the effective coordination and execution of the NH monthly cycle count process across all active partner warehouses nationwide.
• Eliminate “work in progress” by promptly measuring material movement from partner warehouses to construction sites.
• Develop and enhance the NH Traceability Program, ensuring full partner compliance with serial number scanning at job sites.
• Maximize ITC revenue by ensuring fund compliance with FEOC and domestic content standards.
• Assess our compliance at the project level and manage KPIs to enhance performance.
• Oversee the Master SKU List, ensuring consistency between the list, Bills of Material, Virtual Inventory Warehouse, proposals, and planning documents.
• Coordinate and execute SKU modifications as necessary to align with Safe Harbor adjustments in the Sunrun supply chain.
• Collaborate with Builder Operations to manage product modifications.
• Work with Business Units to refine material forecasts.
• Monitor and manage inventory performance across all Install Partner locations.
• Enhance material flow and efficiency within the value chain by continuously improving inventory management strategies and tactical execution.
• Coordinate the requisition and supply of materials that may be out of stock or require alternative substitutes due to discontinuation or obsolescence.
• Additional planning and logistics-related responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field is highly preferred; equivalent experience such as formal training in materials management, APICS certification, or ongoing education in relevant areas will be considered.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in roles such as Demand Planner, Master Scheduler, or Production Control Analyst within a build-to-order environment is required.
