Staff Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Integrate into a primary business sector: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships

• Oversee the analytical function for the business unit from start to finish

• Identify business challenges, inquiries, and decisions prior to conducting analyses

• Establish metrics and create reports

• Conduct analyses and design experiments

• Highlight insights that enhance key business metrics

• Present recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, and operations

• Clarify what is occurring, why it is happening, and suggest next steps

• Propel decisions and ensure the execution of initiatives through to completion

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or fast-growing technology company

• Exceptional analytical abilities

• Capability to independently extract, structure, and interpret data

• Proven history of managing ambiguous challenges and generating impactful results

• Strong, persuasive communication skills

• Ability to sway decisions at the leadership level

• Proficient with SQL or Python

• Familiarity with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub
