This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead high-stakes, cross-departmental data science projects from problem identification to implementation, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and delivering quantifiable business results.
• Create sophisticated analytical models, experimentation frameworks, and optimization strategies that convert vague business problems into clear, high-value solutions.
• Integrate data science into daily operations, ensuring that solutions are actionable, interpretable, sustainable, and continuously refined through feedback mechanisms, monitoring, and AI-driven automation.
• Develop and implement advanced models, including forecasting, causal analysis, and optimization, to guarantee technical accuracy and business relevance.
• Create comprehensive experimentation and measurement frameworks, establishing KPIs and success metrics that facilitate confident, data-informed decision-making.
• Convert intricate datasets into high-quality analytical resources, ensuring data integrity, governance, and usability while employing AI-enhanced feature engineering and data processing methods.
• Collaborate with senior management to pinpoint opportunities, challenge existing assumptions, and shape data-driven strategies that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Present complex analytical findings through engaging narratives and visual representations, ensuring clarity, trust, and engagement.
• Enhance organizational data science capabilities by mentoring colleagues, advocating for best practices, and introducing innovative methodologies and AI technologies.
• At least 8 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, statistics, operations research, or a related quantitative discipline, including leadership of large-scale or cross-functional projects.
• A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred; a PhD is a plus.
• Strong skills in strategic thinking, executive communication, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex problems in uncertain environments.
• Extensive technical knowledge in Python, SQL, experimentation, causal analysis, forecasting, optimization, KPI and measurement framework development, decision-support analytics, and modern data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
• Certification in statistics, experimentation, forecasting, optimization, causal analysis, or a related analytical field is preferred.
