• Collaborate with Operations, Product Management, and leadership teams to establish success metrics, assess operational performance, and shape servicing strategy through data-driven insights.
• Develop and sustain scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, and business review materials that facilitate self-service analytics across Operations teams.
• Analyze shifts in borrower and operational performance metrics by performing root cause analyses and providing actionable recommendations.
• Provide analytical support for product experiments and operational initiatives, encompassing measurement design, performance evaluation, and strategic recommendations.
• Discover opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and borrower outcomes by integrating insights across servicing workflows, agent performance, and payment behaviors.
• Convert complex analytical findings into clear business narratives for senior stakeholders, including routine presentations to leadership audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline (or its equivalent) plus 6 years of experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a similar analytical role supporting business operations or product organizations.
• Proficient in advanced SQL, including the creation of complex queries and transformation of large datasets for analytical and reporting purposes.
• Proven experience in developing dashboards and automated reporting solutions utilizing BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or comparable platforms.
• Experience in conducting root cause analysis, defining performance metrics, and delivering data-driven recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
