• Develop and sustain impactful dashboards and visualizations that emphasize advertising campaign performance, audience delivery, and inventory measurement.
• Foster a proactive analytics program by delivering in-flight pacing insights, optimization strategies, and detailed post-campaign wrap reports.
• Examine diverse datasets, including audience composition, reach and frequency, geography, and performance specific to venues.
• Integrate internal data with external measurement sources such as Nielsen, NMI, MRI-Simmons, and iSpot.
• Convert technical campaign data into succinct, client-ready value propositions for executive leadership and sales teams.
• Automate recurring analytical workflows and reporting requests to improve scalability and data quality management.
• Leverage GenAI tools and customized prompts to expedite insight generation, reporting narratives, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Ad Operations to investigate data discrepancies and enhance overall data architecture.
• Perform ad hoc strategic analysis to discover inventory opportunities, pricing support, and potential for long-term client growth.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Advertising Analytics, or a comparable quantitative role with a focus on marketing measurement.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, window functions, and performance-optimized querying against large datasets.
• Extensive experience in advertising campaign analysis, media planning, attribution, and audience segmentation.
• Practical experience with cloud-based data environments such as AWS, Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Proficient in Python or R for data automation, statistical analysis, and consistent reporting workflows.
• Strong expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Adobe Analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex performance data into clear business narratives that facilitate renewals and upsells.
• Proven interest in leveraging modern AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and analytical consistency.
• Solid grounding in descriptive and predictive statistics, data modeling, and quality control.
• Familiarity with Unix commands, regular expressions, and structured data workflows.
• Outstanding communication abilities to articulate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
