📋 Description

• Analyze extensive blockchain and ecosystem datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to stay ahead of industry innovations.

• Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and ecosystem stakeholders to establish metrics and address critical business and protocol inquiries.

• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Develop and uphold dependable datasets and analytical models to facilitate decision-making throughout the organization.

• Assist in defining and monitoring essential ecosystem metrics, including decentralization scores, transaction inclusion performance, validator health, and network economics.

• Conduct exploratory analyses to assess protocol updates, ecosystem initiatives, and user behavior trends.

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of data across reporting and analytical processes.

• Document methodologies, metric definitions, and analytical procedures to promote transparency and knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or similar fields.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience handling large and intricate datasets.

• Proficient in SQL and familiar with contemporary analytics tools and data warehouses.

• Experience in creating dashboards and visualizations using tools like Allium, Dune, Hex, or BI tools powered by crypto data.

• Understanding of blockchain technologies, including transaction data, smart contracts, and consensus mechanisms.

• Familiarity with big data platforms and analytical tools such as ClickHouse, Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.

• Solid grasp of experimentation, metrics design, and statistical analysis.

• Capability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and business audiences.

• Experience with Solana data and the Solana ecosystem is particularly advantageous.
