Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the intake, prioritization, and execution of data and reporting requests from Development, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and reporting workflows utilizing Sigma, Snowflake, and Virtuous CRM data.

• Generate recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables that are essential to leadership and the executive team.

• Analyze cross-departmental data to support fundraising strategies, operational decision-making, and organizational initiatives.

• Collaborate with the Data Team to ensure quality assurance and validation of high-visibility reporting deliverables.

• Recognize opportunities to streamline reporting processes, automate repetitive tasks, and boost operational efficiency.

• Create lightweight internal tools, scripts, and automations leveraging modern AI-assisted development workflows.

• Contribute to ongoing data quality, operational initiatives, and CRM-related projects within the Development department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.

• Proficient in SQL with experience managing relational databases and large datasets.

• Proven track record in building dashboards and converting business inquiries into actionable reporting.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality control.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver precise work under tight deadlines.

• Self-motivated with the capacity to take initiative and operate autonomously.

• Eagerness to explore modern AI tools and integrate them into everyday workflows.

• Preferred: experience with Snowflake.

• Preferred: familiarity with Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.

• Preferred: experience with donor or CRM platforms such as Virtuous or Salesforce.

• Preferred: experience working within a ticketing or intake management system.
