• Design and create comprehensive platform documentation that details configuration, admin console utilization, and operational processes.
• Develop role-specific documentation tailored for Admin, Operations, and Business users.
• Produce concise and engaging training videos (2–5 minutes) utilizing screen recordings, callouts, and light animations.
• Establish and organize role-specific learning paths, including quick-start guides and detailed reference materials.
• Regularly maintain and update content to align with product feature releases and enhancements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure content accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor documentation and content tasks using Azure DevOps in alignment with sprint cycles and releases.
• Organize and manage content within knowledge bases and learning platforms.
• Ensure that content adheres to localization requirements and accessibility standards.
• A total of 6 years of experience.
• Extensive experience in producing Business Intelligence & Reporting content and documentation.
• Proficiency in creating technical and product documentation for intricate platforms and workflows.
• Practical experience in developing training videos utilizing screen recording and video editing software.
• Background in creating e-learning content and role-specific learning paths.
• Strong capability to simplify configuration-heavy workflows into reusable content.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for tracking user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in Agile/sprint-based environments while working with product and engineering teams.
• Proficient in documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, GitBook, MkDocs, Sphinx, MadCap Flare, DITA, or Notion.
• Experience with video editing tools like Camtasia, Loom, OBS Studio, Snagit, Descript, Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects.
• Exposure to eLearning tools including Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Vyond.
• Understanding of knowledge base/LMS/LXP platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Learning, Cornerstone, Docebo, SuccessFactors, or Workday Learning.
• Familiarity with localization tools like Smartling, Lokalise, Crowdin, and knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Exceptional collaboration skills with cross-functional and distributed teams.
