This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of the analytical model for the outreach-to-completed-encounter funnel from start to finish.
• Act as the technical expert for outreach channel and cadence strategies.
• Design and analyze randomized and quasi-experimental studies on outreach interventions.
• Create and manage the dbt analytics engineering layer for engagement data.
• Collaborate with data science teams on propensity-to-schedule and contactability models.
• Evaluate scheduling density, appointment lead times, geographic coverage, and clinician capacity utilization.
• Assess engagement equity across member demographics using population health and SDOH frameworks.
• Develop and sustain Power BI reporting for engagement operations and product leadership.
• Formulate ROI and capacity models to guide analytics and product roadmaps.
• Establish methodological standards and mentor analysts who do not have formal reporting authority.
• Counsel senior leadership on engagement strategy.
• Ensure outreach analytics adhere to TCPA, HIPAA, and member contact preferences.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Epidemiology/Biostatistics, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of experience in product analytics, data science, or quantitative marketing/engagement analytics.
• Proven ownership of a significant analytical domain from inception to completion.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• High proficiency in Python or R.
• Familiarity with dbt or similar analytics engineering frameworks.
• Experience with Git-based development workflows.
• Extensive background in experimental design and causal inference.
• Experience collaborating with data engineering teams on pipeline design and ensuring data quality.
• Proven track record of influencing technical direction and mentoring analysts without formal management authority.
• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical and operational audiences effectively.
• Preferred: experience with contact centers, outbound dialers, CRM, or marketing automation data.
• Preferred: experience in survival analysis, uplift/heterogeneous treatment effect modeling, or multi-armed bandit approaches.
• Preferred: background in routing, capacity, or constrained optimization.
• Preferred: advanced degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Preferred: experience with portfolio-scale Power BI, workspace governance, and row-level security.
• Preferred: experience in value-based care, Medicare Advantage, or home-based care delivery.
• Preferred: knowledge of TCPA and member contact compliance regulations.
