This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Collaborate across Product teams to establish key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and plan the product roadmap.
• Determine the metrics that define success for AI-driven product experiences, encompassing adoption, engagement, quality, retention, and user outcomes.
• Oversee the integration of product data in partnership with our Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering teams to facilitate accurate analysis of AI features and workflows.
• Design, assess, and analyze experiments to evaluate the impact of new AI functionalities and guide product decisions.
• Create dbt models to transform and validate user behavior data in collaboration with our Analytics Engineering team.
• Advocate for best practices in Product Analytics across teams and assist in defining standards as the organization grows.
• Play a role in shaping the long-term vision and strategy for Product Analytics, balancing immediate requirements with scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Proven experience collaborating with product and engineering teams, along with a solid understanding of standard product KPIs and frameworks (e.g., DAU/MAU, funnels, A/B testing).
• Experience in defining and monitoring success metrics for complex product domains, ideally including AI-driven features or workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL: crafting complex yet efficient SQL queries is a daily routine for you.
• Data Visualization: familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Looker, Omni, Hex, or Grafana.
• Experience in writing dbt models, implementing Product Analytics tools (e.g., Heap, Pendo, Amplitude, FullStory), and using version control systems (git).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) for rapid prototyping and iteration in analysis, data modeling, instrumentation, visualization, and code development.
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical subjects to non-technical audiences while maintaining critical cross-team and cross-functional relationships essential for the team's success.
