Staff AI Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish AI-native product analytics for Angi.

• Collaborate with AI product teams, engineering, and domain specialists to define metrics for AI journeys.

• Work closely with data science partners on test design, interpretation, and causal framing.

• Create and maintain formal evaluation sets, 'golden datasets,' and regression checks.

• Oversee real-time usage of Agentic AI analytics workflows.

• Manage internal documentation outlining the appropriate use of agents and necessary human checkpoints.

• Work alongside business leaders to convert complex AI capabilities into quantifiable outcomes.

• Provide ongoing measurement artifacts for leadership review.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product analytics, data science, or technical product management.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with AI/LLM systems in a practical setting.

• Strong technical expertise in Python, ML frameworks, data visualization/analytics platforms, and standard data management/governance practices.

• Proven experience in designing AI evaluation frameworks.

• Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to convey highly technical AI insights.
