This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive significant digital transformation and process enhancement projects utilizing AI, automation, and analytics, typically achieving seven- to eight-figure financial results.
• Identify, assess, and deploy AI/ML and intelligent automation solutions aimed at streamlining business operations.
• Create and sustain technical process documentation, which includes process flows, RACI charts, integration diagrams, SOPs, and design artifacts.
• Evaluate organizational readiness, pinpoint change impacts, and implement change management strategies to facilitate technology and process adoption.
• Lead stakeholder engagement through impact assessments, communication planning, training needs analysis, and resistance management.
• Execute process discovery via process mining, value stream mapping, analytics, and interviews.
• Provide project leadership for integrations, system implementations, and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate between business and technical teams regarding scope, requirements, timelines, handoffs, and deliverables.
• Present executive updates on project status, ROI, feasibility, readiness, and adoption metrics.
• Modify process improvement strategies utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, DevOps, or hybrid methodologies.
• Establish and maintain process repositories, knowledge assets, dashboards, and continuous improvement measures.
• Support training, mentoring, and certification initiatives in process improvement, technical writing, change management, and AI literacy.
• Fulfill annual Performance Plan responsibilities along with any assigned special projects and tasks.
• Over 10 years of experience leading digital transformation, process improvement, technology implementation, or complex operational initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.
• Background in health care or related sectors is preferred.
• Consulting experience is advantageous.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, including knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, business metrics, executive-level reporting, and conducting financial impact analyses.
• Experience in working with globally distributed teams in remote settings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale initiatives with competing priorities, tight deadlines, and evolving business requirements.
• Demonstrated success in scoping and delivering enterprise projects with measurable results and executive visibility.
• Strong proficiency in technical process documentation, organizational change management, and engaging with executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, a health or medical discipline, or a related field; MBA or equivalent business and technology expertise is required.
• Change Management certification (such as Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is required.
• PMP and relevant technical certifications in cloud platforms, analytics, AI/ML, or Microsoft Power Platform are preferred.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, process mining, intelligent automation, technical documentation tools, visualization platforms, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Excellent communication, technical writing, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment characterized by ambiguity, change, and increasing complexity.
• Experience in thought leadership and introducing new tools and processes within a large corporate setting.
• Willingness to travel less than 10% of the time.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a sense of urgency.
• Capability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and meeting deadlines.
• Capacity to navigate within a matrixed organization.
