AI Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Manage long-term client initiatives in Experience Intelligence and Operational Intelligence rather than just offering point solutions.

• Lead exploratory discussions in the realms of customer experience, marketing operations, forecasting, and inventory.

• Assess business performance metrics and pinpoint opportunities proactively, even before clients formally request them.

• Develop comprehensive business cases that detail anticipated business impact, delivery costs, and measurement strategies.

• Craft detailed specifications for specialized engineers and analysts.

• Oversee the execution of multiple concurrent projects.

• Encourage adoption following the launch of systems.

• Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts and manage them autonomously.

• Facilitate high-level client discussions and nurture client relationships.

• Spot opportunities for growth and transition engagements into new business sectors.

• Take ownership of the relationship, discovery process, business case, delivery strategy, and the resulting business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a startup setting, including building or functioning within a startup environment.

• Proven experience managing a U.S. client relationship entirely through remote means.

• Client-facing experience with the maturity to lead executive-level discussions.

• Extensive experience with AI-native technologies, including tools, products, or workflows that have been constructed.

• Capability to demonstrate and elucidate an Applied AI case study project.

• Technical and analytical expertise with agent systems, data integrations, backend architectures, APIs, and implementation trade-offs.

• Proficiency in SQL/Python is advantageous.

• Ability to interpret a P&L statement, clarify how a Shopify or e-commerce business generates revenue, and create financial models.

• GitHub/work samples are required.

• A resume is mandatory.

• A LinkedIn profile is necessary.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Availability/notice period is required.

• Experience with an Applied AI case study project.

• Bonus: experience working on the operator side within a consumer or e-commerce brand.

• Bonus: published articles or presentations on applied AI.
