
Staff Advanced Analyst, Guest Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the analytics strategy for Guest Engagement by determining what to measure, what experiments to conduct, and identifying the most significant opportunities throughout the entire guest lifecycle.
• Create and assess experiments on a large scale, including abandoned journeys, the rollout of demand generation machine learning models, and A/B testing at the placement level.
• Provide proactive insights that extend beyond mere reporting — such as user segmentation, funnel analysis, fatigue signals, and channel optimization — and convert these insights into strategic recommendations for marketing leaders at the Director level.
• Develop scalable, self-service reporting tools that empower partners while allowing the analytics team to focus on higher-impact projects.
• Work collaboratively across teams with MarTech Data Science on feedback loops for machine learning models and attribution, with SF&A on goal-setting methodologies, and with analytics resources based in India on operational reporting.
• Over 9 years of experience in analytics or data science, particularly with a focus on marketing and/or growth analytics.
• Your insights have a direct impact on the decisions teams make regarding what to build, test, and invest in — you play a key role in influencing roadmaps and prioritization at the Director level.
• Strong expertise in experimentation: Proven experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests and establishing measurement frameworks for multi-channel marketing initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills: Capable of translating complex findings into clear and persuasive recommendations for senior stakeholders. Comfortable challenging assumptions when supported by data.
