This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Generate flash reports for events (P&Ls), collaborating with the operations team to collect and assess pertinent support.
• Oversee the accounting for revenue and expense accounts specific to individual venues.
• Support Accountants and the Manager with account reconciliations and various ad hoc inquiries.
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure precision.
• Prepare and input month-end journal entries.
• Align the sales system with the General Ledger through reconciliation.
• Ensure adherence to generally accepted accounting principles, company policies and procedures, as well as Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
• Maintain, manage, and reconcile basic to moderately complex accounts.
• Compile daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports and schedules.
• Supervise and handle the P-Card process and related transactions.
• Assist with special projects as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Experience with Oracle is advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in working with generally accepted accounting principles and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
• Ability to reconcile accounts between the General Ledger and sales systems.
• Familiarity with P-Card processes and transactions.
