This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee monthly billing and revenue recognition across various revenue streams, including associated journal entries.

• Review, authorize, and finalize new sales agreements while creating corresponding billing and revenue schedules.

• Modify billing and revenue according to changes in campaign or delivery dates, conducting a self-review prior to the closing process.

• Document revenue accruals and reversals for unbilled accounts receivable.

• Process and reconcile cash received through ACH and lockbox, addressing any unposted or unmatched cash transactions.

• Manage outstanding collection cases, collaborating with account owners to achieve resolutions.

• Calculate and record accruals for sales commissions and bonuses.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and audit documentation.

• Identify and implement process enhancements in billing, revenue, and closing procedures.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Collections to maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience within a U.S.-based organization.

• Proficient in billing, revenue recognition, and month-end closing processes, including journal entries and accruals.

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Certinia (preferred).

• Experience with Stripe or another payment processing solution (preferred).

• Knowledge of sales commission or bonus computation (preferred).
