This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure consistency, scalability, and repeatability.

• Optimize release and deployment workflows for enhanced efficiency.

• Improve observability, tracing, and monitoring across various systems.

• Promote automation throughout infrastructure, access management, and database operations.

• Enhance cloud resource utilization and manage costs effectively.

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth operations.

• Work closely with engineering teams to adapt to evolving application and data requirements.

• Engage in a thorough interview process that includes Zoom meetings and a take-home project.

• 2–3 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.

• Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly AWS.

• Experience with automation frameworks is essential.

• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles.

• Knowledge of CI/CD systems is required.

• Understanding of containerization workflows is advantageous.

• Emphasis on observability, performance optimization, and cost efficiency.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, collaboration skills, and a strong sense of ownership.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

• Experience or a keen interest in machine learning is highly regarded.

• Experience or interest in RevOps, sales and marketing functions, or software platforms is particularly appreciated.

• Experience in the AEC sector will be evaluated in the application process.
