Forward Deployment Engineer – Travel to Boston, MA as required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Implement and set up software solutions within client environments

• Create integrations utilizing APIs and custom coding

• Diagnose technical problems across applications, infrastructure, and cloud services

• Work in conjunction with engineering and product teams to improve platform functionalities

• Streamline deployments and uphold technical documentation

• Offer technical assistance during the implementation phase and go-live events

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation

• Expertise in Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript

• Experience with REST APIs, SQL, Git, Linux, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing abilities

• Previous experience with enterprise SaaS deployments is preferred

• A background in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector is highly desirable

• Familiarity with Terraform, monitoring tools, and AI/LLM technologies

• Capability to work remotely and travel to Boston, MA as necessary
