This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define, enhance, and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) utilizing Terraform and Terragrunt across Production, Quality Assurance, and Development environments.

• Create and implement automated CI/CD pipelines leveraging GitHub Actions.

• Manage zero-downtime blue/green deployments on AWS ECS Fargate.

• Design, configure, and execute a cross-region disaster recovery plan (DRP).

• Integrate sophisticated observability solutions using CloudWatch and X-Ray.

• Model component architecture and generate cost/license estimates with a 5-year outlook.

• Ensure service continuity, high availability, security, and financial viability.

• Collaborate on strategies with development, architecture, and cybersecurity teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in Senior DevOps, SysOps, or Cloud Architecture positions.

• A degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (Required).

• Strong proficiency in AWS (ECS Fargate, Aurora, CloudWatch, X-Ray), AWS CLI, and Docker.

• Practical experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, and developing pipelines in GitHub Actions.

• Experience in designing and implementing cross-region architectures, DRP, and blue/green deployments.

• Understanding of infrastructure and communication requirements in financial or banking sectors.

• Capacity to make intricate technical decisions and lead infrastructure enhancements independently.

• Operational composure and analytical judgment to address critical incidents and maintain platform continuity.

• Ability to coordinate strategies with development, architecture, and cybersecurity teams.

• Proficiency in Spanish at a B2 level.
