This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and implement AWS infrastructure for Amazon Connect environments.

• Deploy and manage Amazon Connect environments across Development, Staging, and Production.

• Utilize AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EventBridge, Data Bridges, and related services to facilitate deployments.

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code modules using Terraform Enterprise.

• Ensure that Terraform code is maintainable, reusable, and adheres to industry best practices.

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated infrastructure deployment and updates.

• Integrate Terraform Enterprise with CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment processes.

• Monitor infrastructure performance and address any deployment-related issues that arise.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud solutions are secure, scalable, and reliable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience with AWS services, particularly Amazon Connect, Lambda, S3, EventBridge, and Data Bridges.

• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code through Terraform Enterprise.

• Proven experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

• Solid understanding of best practices in cloud infrastructure design and deployment.

• Experience managing multi-environment deployments across Development, Staging, and Production.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with automation, monitoring, and cloud security practices.

• Experience working in Agile and collaborative settings.
