SRE, Amazon Connect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and implement AWS infrastructure for Amazon Connect environments.

• Deploy and manage Amazon Connect environments across Development, Staging, and Production.

• Leverage AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EventBridge, Data Bridges, and related services to facilitate deployments.

• Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code modules utilizing Terraform Enterprise.

• Ensure that Terraform code is maintainable, reusable, and adheres to best practices.

• Construct and oversee CI/CD pipelines for automated infrastructure deployment and updates.

• Integrate Terraform Enterprise with CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployments.

• Monitor infrastructure performance and resolve deployment-related issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience with AWS services, particularly Amazon Connect, Lambda, S3, EventBridge, and Data Bridges.

• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform Enterprise.

• Proficient in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure design and deployment best practices.

• Experience in managing multi-environment deployments across Development, Staging, and Production.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

• Knowledge of automation, monitoring, and cloud security practices.

• Experience in Agile and collaborative work environments.
