SQL Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +30 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, troubleshoot, and test T-SQL scripts to solve a variety of technical and analytical challenges.

• Identify and implement efficient methods for exploring, analyzing, interpreting, standardizing, and aligning intricate datasets.

• Work collaboratively with team members to assess data sufficiency and ensure that requirements are met.

• Support Solutions Architects in formulating data processing strategies tailored to the specific needs of each project.

• Engage with business stakeholders to uncover new requirements and clarify existing ones.

• Organize and prioritize assigned tasks, ensuring deadlines are met while effectively communicating progress and challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience with SQL Server and/or other relational database systems.

• Advanced or expert proficiency in T-SQL code development.

• Extensive experience in tuning T-SQL queries and enhancing database server performance.

• Proven experience in conducting complex data analysis on large datasets.

• At least 5 years of experience leading the creation of technical solutions.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate under-defined issues.

• Capability to comprehend complex business processes and tailor solutions to fulfill business requirements.

• Exceptional communication skills for interacting with peers, management, and business stakeholders.

• Comfortable engaging in consultative discussions and capable of articulating technical challenges and solutions to non-technical teams.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
