
Sponsor Relations Coordinator – Events

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and implement the sponsor onboarding process utilizing timelines and action lists.
• Act as the primary Sponsor Lead and key contact for all sponsor-related inquiries before and during events.
• Serve as the internal point of contact among sales, marketing, content, and event operations teams.
• Monitor sponsorship agreements and the fulfillment of deliverables through internal tracking systems, including Cvent and Salesforce.
• Manage floor plan assignments and oversee booth/table inventory availability.
• Collaborate with the event operations lead to ensure sponsor deliverables are fulfilled both prior to and during events.
• Work alongside marketing specialists to assist with sponsor marketing deliverables before events, including sponsor logo management and signage.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, communications, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in events, sponsorship, or client-facing roles within the events industry.
• Willingness to travel 10–15 times each year.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Quick adaptability, critical thinking, and effective operation in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Previous experience in a support or coordination capacity within events is preferred.
• Background in coordinating and supporting conferences and tradeshows is preferred.
• Familiarity with event technology suites, floor plan, and registration tools is preferred.
