Events Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of all shows attended by Sales, which includes registration, booth logistics, shipping, staffing schedules, and badge scanning.

• Develop promotional strategies prior to the show.

• Take charge of post-show lead follow-up in collaboration with the Sales team.

• Monitor expenditure and outcomes for each show and assess future participation.

• Suggest trade shows based on the attendance of target districts and buyers.

• Assist in the design and procurement of promotional items.

• Provide support for product marketing by creating one-pagers, sales enablement materials, and crafting messaging.

• Ensure marketing materials remain consistent and up-to-date across the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in planning and executing trade shows or events.

• Capability to manage a budget and articulate its outcomes in straightforward terms.

• Marketing competencies that extend beyond events, including copywriting, campaign support, or sales enablement.

• Strong project management abilities to coordinate various logistical components.

• Capacity to collaborate closely with Sales to link events with pipeline generation.

• Willingness to travel for trade shows.

• Must successfully pass a satisfactory background check.

• Must reside in a state where Droplet is currently authorized to hire.

• Full-time availability averaging 40 hours per week.
