This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Take ownership of the strategic product-led lifecycle for a portfolio of key customers, ensuring alignment between engagement, customer value, and opportunities.
• Act as the representative of the Splunk product organization for customers and Splunk go-to-market leaders.
• Facilitate connections between Splunk’s product and go-to-market teams, serving as a reliable product partner in account planning.
• Leverage telemetry data and AI summarization to enhance product-led customer experiences and growth initiatives.
• Comprehend customer utilization of Splunk and communicate product opportunities and challenges to Product and Engineering teams.
• Establish and report on product engagement KPIs that reflect customer usage and overall health.
• Provide insights to the product organization regarding growth potentials, re-platforming of current use cases, and retention concerns.
• Collaborate with customers, account teams, product managers, engineering leaders, and executives.
• Convert complex customer requirements into product specifications, decisions, and actionable plans.
• Lead strategy and execution with discipline, despite lacking direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 1 year of relevant experience.
• A minimum of 5 years in technical product management or technical customer engagement with enterprise clients.
• Proven ability to engage with senior leadership at enterprise customers on technical matters.
• Experience acting as a trusted product leader to foster technical consensus among engineering and go-to-market teams.
• Proficient in working with large datasets to identify technical obstacles.
• Familiarity with Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar platforms for monitoring system health and performance insights.
• Preferred qualifications include AWS/GCP Cloud Architect, CKA, or equivalent SRE/DevOps certifications.
