This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.
• Assist students in developing communication skills that are essential for learning, connection, and building confidence.
• Provide tailored therapy during sessions and work in partnership with educators.
• Support each student in achieving significant and measurable progress.
• Ensure that students feel acknowledged, comprehended, and empowered, even in a virtual setting.
• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited institution.
• Valid license in Speech Language Pathology.
• Over 2 years of experience in an educational environment.
• Professional Integrity & Accountability – Exhibits ethical conduct, adheres to policies, and takes responsibility for duties.
• Collaboration & Communication – Engages effectively with peers and fosters a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
