• Responsible for promoting specifications and driving sales of Instanta products by engaging with key specifiers.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to pinpoint and monitor project opportunities.

• Offer technical and product-related support.

• Ensure exceptional customer service delivery.

• Propel specification and sales of Instanta products across the North region.

• Connect with key specifiers to generate business opportunities.

• Identify and monitor project opportunities while providing technical and product assistance.

• Maintain outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.

• Experience in specification sales, ideally within the food service or hospitality sectors.

• Strong network and established relationships within the North region.

• Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation.

• Familiarity with building regulations, standards, and industry trends in the food service sector is advantageous.

• Self-driven and focused on achieving results.

• Proficient in CRM software.

• Capable of functioning effectively within a team environment.
