• Oversee and cultivate relationships with Consultants while identifying and securing new business prospects.
• Advocate Carrier solutions by offering product, design, and technical assistance.
• Ensure proper application and adherence to industry regulations.
• Meet sales objectives and maintain consistent communication with customers.
• Obtain orders, provide exceptional customer satisfaction, report on progress, and collect market insights.
• Proven experience in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with Consultants, M&E contractors, Architects, and AC contractors.
• Technical understanding of VRF and split systems or chillers.
• Sales experience in HVAC or related fields (familiarity with VRFs, chillers, or DX systems will be advantageous).
• Knowledge of competitors.
• Valid UK Driving Licence.
• Proficient in IT with MS Office skills.
• Strong Communication & Negotiation abilities.
• Capability to work effectively within a team.
