This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Drive territory performance by creating and implementing targeted territory and account strategies that emphasize high-impact opportunities.
• Provide clear, balanced, and compliant product education through both in-person and virtual interactions, tailoring messaging according to customer needs and feedback.
• Cultivate robust professional relationships with prescribers, influencers, and key stakeholders, effectively navigating multiple decision-makers to enhance awareness and adoption.
• Establish credibility as a dependable resource through consistent follow-up and value-driven interactions.
• Proactively seek opportunities to influence behavior and broaden product usage by comprehending customer workflows and challenges.
• Understand and navigate payer and access dynamics, collaborating with internal teams to facilitate patient access and eliminate barriers.
• Exhibit initiative and resilience in evolving or unclear situations, striving for practical, solution-oriented outcomes.
• Ensure accurate documentation in CRM and carry out all activities in alignment with company policies, industry regulations, and required training.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• At least 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience with a proven track record; experience in pharmaceuticals, specialty, or healthcare is preferred.
• Background in supporting new initiatives, launches, or growth-focused environments is advantageous.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities with the capacity to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to prioritize, execute, and follow through in a dynamic environment.
• Curiosity and aptitude for learning clinical, scientific, and product information.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and leverage insights.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and technology to aid in planning and execution.
• Collaborative attitude with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• Willingness to travel for conferences, national/regional meetings, and within the designated territory; overnight travel may be necessary.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record that complies with company standards.
• Must fulfill credentialing requirements for access to healthcare facilities.
