This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Take ownership of the territory strategy: segmenting, establishing call cadence, routing, and coverage across independent OD/MD practices, multi-location groups, and pertinent accounts.
• Achieve results: meet or surpass sales objectives; manage the sales funnel, forecasts, and activity metrics with disciplined use of CRM.
• Educate and influence: conduct compliant in-office data reviews, training sessions, and lunch-and-learns with Eyecare professionals, focusing on patient selection, anticipated outcomes, safety, onset/duration, and practice workflow.
• Integrate evidence-based practice: convert clinical evidence into straightforward practice behaviors (screening prompts, exam-lane cues, intake questions); provide staff with tools that transform interest into regular usage; gather field insights to enhance messaging and resources.
• Facilitate practice integration: confidently advocate for and promote the adoption of out-of-pocket therapy; establish clear expectations for value, usage, and follow-up; effectively use starter resources and patient materials in compliance.
• Transform field insights into action: document customer feedback and insights; share as necessary with relevant internal partners.
• Execute launch excellence: implement brand strategy and digital tools flawlessly; support regional/national meetings and POAs; communicate repeatable best practices.
• Maintain the highest operational standards: comply with all regulatory requirements, including adverse event reporting and HCP interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven success in sales is required; experience in pharmaceuticals, medical, or closely related sales is advantageous.
• Preference for eye-care or contact lens sales experience.
• Preferred experience in pharmaceutical launches.
• Start-up experience is a plus.
• Ability to sell cash-pay/elective therapies and discuss affordability with practices and patients comfortably.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
