This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and oversee full-cycle sales representatives — including both our internal team and the representatives we assign to client accounts.
• Develop and enhance sales playbooks, scripts, and outreach sequences to ensure consistent revenue generation across all offerings.
• Conduct weekly pipeline assessments, take ownership of forecasting, and report performance metrics against established targets.
• Serve as an active closer on significant strategic accounts, engaging in prospecting to secure deals.
• Establish individual and team quotas while assisting in the design of compensation plans that motivate high performance.
• Collaborate with client services and operations to ensure seamless transition and onboarding processes.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in developing and leading sales teams in a player-coach role.
• Proven experience in selling or managing teams that provide lead generation services (such as outsourced SDRs and appointment setting).
• Direct experience in selling or overseeing teams that deliver marketing services (including paid advertising, SEO, and social media).
• A demonstrable track record of enhancing sales team performance and achieving revenue goals.
• Experience managing representatives across various distinct client accounts, preferably in an agency or outsourced context.
• Expertise in creating playbooks and forecasting from the ground up, along with a personal history of successfully closing complex deals.
