This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Implement targeted outreach campaigns to generate new engagement opportunities across key accounts.
• Deliver actionable insights and feedback from lead interactions to enhance sales strategies and messaging.
• Reconnect with dormant or unresponsive contacts to restart conversations and uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain regular touchpoints with potential clients to foster rapport, trust, and long-term engagement.
• Analyze and leverage intent data using platforms like Demandbase to identify high-priority accounts showing buying signals.
• Perform proactive outreach to cold leads generated through marketing campaigns to introduce company offerings and initiate interest.
• Organize pre-event outreach by scheduling meetings around major industry tradeshows and Conduent-owned events.
• Oversee post-event follow-up by arranging timely meetings to take advantage of momentum built during events.
• Respond to inbound web form submissions within 24 hours to optimize conversion potential.
• Engage promptly with web chat inquiries to capture real-time interest and assist prospects through the early stages of their buying journey.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on outreach strategies, messaging, and lead-handling processes.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related client-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and engaging prospects early in the buying journey.
• Excellent active listening capabilities and the ability to ask insightful questions.
• Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to follow-up.
• Proven resilience, coachability, and curiosity.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.
• Familiarity with demand generation, lead qualification, or marketing-generated leads is preferred.
• Experience with Demandbase or similar intent data platforms is a plus.
