This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Sales & Customer Support
• Proactive management and enhancement of current customers within target segments: lighting designers, architects, wholesalers, and electricians
• Strategic acquisition of new clients in the Northern Germany region
• Establishing and nurturing long-lasting customer relationships with design firms, architectural offices, electrical contractors, and specialized wholesalers
• Market Development & Strategy
• Assessment of market potential and formulation of regional sales strategies
• Monitoring trends in the market and competition within the lighting sector
• Close collaboration with internal marketing and product teams to successfully position our product offerings
• Presentation & Consulting
• Professional showcase of our product range (Decorative, Outdoor, Technical Lighting) at customer locations
• Expert guidance on product range solutions, new offerings, and technical features
• Participation in trade shows and industry exhibitions
• Demonstrated professional experience in sales within the lighting sector (lighting, luminaires, lighting technology; preferably from the decorative segment)
• Established network of pertinent clients in Northern Germany
• Experience in B2B sales, ideally involving lighting designers, architects, wholesalers, or electrical contractors
• Strong product knowledge in lighting (decorative and/or technical)
• Proficient use of modern sales tools and CRM systems
• Excellent German language skills; market knowledge is advantageous; good command of English
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
• Independent, organized, and goal-oriented work approach
• Willingness to travel within Northern Germany
• Team-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
