This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Identify both on-market and off-market property opportunities.
• Investigate motivated sellers to uncover potential acquisition opportunities.
• Monitor property portals, auctions, and various lead sources.
• Develop acquisition packs along with supporting documentation.
• Assess potential deals and assist in negotiations.
• Provide support to the business owner throughout the acquisition process.
• Oversee the company's CRM system and acquisitions pipeline.
• Ensure all leads are accurately logged, tracked, and progressed.
• Schedule follow-ups and maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Keep organized databases for buyers and sellers.
• Continually enhance CRM processes, systems, and automations.
• Generate precise pipeline and performance reports.
• Pair suitable property opportunities with investors and buyers.
• Prepare property deals for presentation to potential purchasers.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with investors and buyers.
• Ensure every viable opportunity is thoroughly explored and monetised whenever possible.
• Coordinate buyer inquiries and property viewings.
• Collaborate with estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to keep transactions moving forward.
• Manage inboxes, schedules, and shared documentation.
• Maintain well-organized records using Google Drive and Monday.com.
• Provide general administrative support across the organization.
• Prior experience in property sourcing, estate agency, property investment, sales progression, or a similar property-related role.
• Experience in managing CRM systems and sales pipelines.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness coupled with attention to detail.
• Confidence in communicating with estate agents, investors, and property professionals.
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A solution-oriented mindset with the confidence to challenge and keep projects progressing.
• Desirable Skills
• Familiarity with Monday.com.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of UK property investment or acquisitions.
• Experience with property portals and CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with Canva.
• Experience with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
