This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Implement brand strategies and tactics to enhance field and sales performance.
• Efficiently oversee the assigned territory and targeted accounts.
• Foster strong relationships with customers.
• Clearly distinguish AbbVie’s value proposition to the designated health providers.
• Develop objectives for pre-call planning and carry out post-call evaluations.
• A bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred.
• At least five (5) years of relevant industry experience is required if a bachelor’s degree is not held.
• Preferably, three (3) or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical, health, or science industry.
• Demonstrated history of successful leadership and strong presentation abilities.
• Strong business acumen and adeptness with business tools are essential.
• Ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization.
• Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, is required.
