This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Implement brand strategies and tactics in the field.

• Achieve sales targets, brand KPIs, financial goals, and marketing objectives.

• Oversee the designated territory and key accounts.

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and address client needs.

• Develop pre-call strategies and perform post-call assessments.

• Manage objections and drive calls to action to successfully close sales calls.

• Formulate and enact call plans to enhance customer engagement and sales opportunities.

• Acquire knowledge of customer requirements, market dynamics, competitors, market segments, accounts, diseases, products, clinical information, and sales methodologies.

• Communicate market insights with field teams, brand managers, and sales leadership.

• Highlight AbbVie’s value proposition to healthcare professionals.

• Identify, nurture, and sustain relationships with disease-state experts and advocates.

• Adhere to AbbVie’s business code of conduct, policies, and all relevant laws and regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant industry experience is required.

• Equivalent industry experience in place of a bachelor’s degree: a minimum of five years of experience, with three or more years in the pharmaceutical/health/science sector preferred.

• High school diploma/GED is mandated when opting for the experience alternative.

• Comprehensive knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive aspects.

• Strong business insights and adeptness in utilizing business tools.

• Capability for strategic and critical thinking.

• Demonstrated success in sales with excellent presentation abilities.

• Ability to function effectively in a matrix organization.

• Proficiency in the English language, both verbally and in writing.

• Must meet applicable healthcare industry representative credentialing standards and maintain good standing or be eligible to obtain credentials.

• Valid driver’s license is required.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving standards.

• Capability to operate a personal vehicle, company car/truck, or powered material-handling equipment.
